Our experienced chef Niki makes all of our snacks and meals on site, using only fresh ingredients. She plans and cooks a variety of healthy, well balanced meals for children and staff.
We have snack time mid morning and mid afternoon, these usually consist of fruit, hummus, crackers rice cakes etc. After lunch we offer natural yoghurt/ fruit and home baked food for pudding. We do not add any salt or sugar to our meals. We can change our menu to suit most needs please just ask.
Key workers sit and eat with the children in their groups (see picture of different coloured tables), we find this helps the children with self service, and encourages them to try a variety of foods.
We would like all children to eat our home cooked meals. Therefore we only allow packed lunches if your child has a specific dietary need we cannot cater for. (Please discuss this with us further).
