Our well qualified and experienced team are:

Kerry Costello

Owner/Nursery Manager
​I opened the nursery in 2017. I had previously worked as a Primary School Teacher and a Childminder. I am also a mum of 3, who has used a wide variety of childcare whilst I have been working.
​ I was looking for a new challenge that incorporated all of my skills, and felt their was an opening for a more flexible preschool in Bath that offered parents all day care but a more personal approach.

Lucy Burcombe

Shift Manager
Previously a primary school teacher for 14 years.
SENCO, PGCE Primary, Mum of 2.
Lucy also leads our Theraplay groups and is leading our current project, which is the language for life project.

Deputy manager
NVQ level 3 childcare studies, experienced Nursery Teacher.
Key group orange.
​Head of our BUDS area (children 1-2).

Nursery Supervisor
NVQ level 3, completed her apprenticeship with us.

 NVQ level 3 childcare studies,  experienced Nursery Teacher, mum of 2 - Key group purple,

NVQ Level 3, previously worked as a childminder's assistant, mum of 2, Key group Blue.

 NVQ level 3 - working with Yellow group.
